divine performing arts, applefishes, lollies and the trolley bag!

I'm talking about the easter show!

Yesterday i went to the easter show with janinjamo and melina to promote the divine performing arts show thats performing in Sydney at the parade theatre from this sunday 19th to next sunday 26th! DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS FANTASTIC SHOW! It's the only show in the world with 3D backgrounds and tells about all the lost culture and history of China. Its performed at radio city music hall to sell out crowds! (if you know radio city hall you'd know that only the best get to perform there or they get kicked out). Anyways!

Easter show was FUN! and to be honest i don't even know why! i didn't go on any rides unlike sometime 3 years ago when i did. Which was fun too .. except that zipper ride which made me feel like i was going to die in that little cushioned carriage. But i had fun! and it was my first time visiting the woolworths dome! where they have the different farming districts creating artworks using fruit, veges, grains, wool. Basically anything they grow. So maybe i'm just super granny style and old laborious things like making shapes out of fruit keep me entertained! but meh! it was fun.

However.

I forgot my camera. Yes i know, i never thought this day would come either! for annie to not have her camera. Obviously something is going on in the world and i bet some little town just exploded.
But i used my crappy phone camera! so yeah good enough =D
I'm also using wayy to many exclamation marks, i can imagine people reading it out loud with excitement at the end of every sentence. How silly.

i think the label says it all. But the book, the pictures they were all made of grains and seeds. Now i don't know how long that took but omg just the installation of it took a few days. or was it weeks? not sure. haha


yes .. your gonna have to ignore all these unknown people ... pretend they're invisible =)


THE AMAZING APPLE FISH! this one amused me the most. I don't know why, maybe its just my asian instincts of liking fish and overdosing on omega 3 but yeah i thought this one should've won first prize.

Anyways we went to buy showbags and i have to say i'm very disappointed! the showbags were such a rip off. They barely gave you anything. But in the end i still bought some because i have a weakness for lollies. So i bought wizz fizz, bertie beetle and red rock deli. I was considering the wonka one but it came with this hideous hat and well ... it was hideous and i wouldn't know what to do with it. Janinja bought a trolley bag, which melina and i laughed non-stop about. Then for the rest of the evening continued to tease her about because trolley bags ARE NOT COOL. No matter how hard you try to sell them to the younger generation we refuse to accept it. It is a symbol of your old and you can't hold your stuff or your kinda lazy. Actually i admit the concept of the trolley bag is good, saves your back, less weight on you, yadda yadda. But the execution was not attractive.

then ... oh behold! a whole stall full of them! its like they had breeded! and now theres a mass spawn of them, ready to be let lose at 20bucks a pop! When we saw this stall and their attempt at making it seem cool by calling it the "Smart Kart" we laughed so much we almost rolled away like trolleys. We almost lolled away. oh that joke was particularly lame.

Anyways apart from that we didn't actually do much else. We bought these .... okay i have no idea what they are called. But these really cool lollies =)

It was fun! and i never expected to go this year, or last year or even the year before that. But i've gone three years in a row even though i had no intention and no desire to! the easter show wants me =O="

ooooooo been a while!

I'm back! because janinja exclaimed that i haven't blogged in ages. Then i checked and i haven't blogged since feb!! which was ages ago!

Uni work and work in general has been eating up my time! sorry guys! i know how you guys like to read about my ridiculously busy and sometimes stressful life through my highly exaggerated and very expressionful blog posts. That was also a badly structured and long sentence!

So what has happened in the last two months?

.....

Firstly i smashed the side of the car into the side of our house, yes what a mass collision that was! Basically i was destroying the car and taking the house down with it! I must point out it was an accident, i wasn't intentionally trying to make myself homeless and motor-vehicle-less. So when the side of the car scraped onto the side of the house, a video replayed in my head like a retarded nightmare spawning to life due to my failed judgement. Yerp. Anyways i got into hugemungous trouble and i was all worried and losing hair about it but now its okay =).

And yes our house is still standing and the car isn't so bad after i removed the massive white paint stains.

Besides from that incident i really can't think of anything else. So i'm going to make some social commentary on recent news articles.

The first one will be this one

Thank goodness the high court rejected this mans claims. Frankly i think this man was selfish for trying to pull it off just so he could prove how right he was in a few articles he wrote. I also have the applaud channel 7, 9 and i think channel 10 news aswell, on not doing a report on him and not giving him the attention he was seeking. Then again if they had he would've found his home ransacked and found himself to be the new pauline hanson, where the nation hates you.
Now i also understand he was trying to prove a point but he was a little selfish and desperate to be doing it against such a thing like the stimulus payments. I also bet the fact he was only getting $250 from the stimulus payout due to his large payslip, it fuelled his, nothing to lose attitude.

Okay im not bothered anymore!

hello all!

On thursday i bought myself a purple ghd that has designs all over it, very exciting people!
and jess wanted some photos of it so i've decided to post some ... more like i'm going to go slightly apeshit in the photo department.

Besides from that theres nothing else interesting to say, uni is starting yadda yadda.
Oh i had a huge toothache the other day which then grew a ginormous lump that was equally as painful as it was ugly. Then last night it decided to explode with puss and blood and i thought everyone needed to know about it. Because it was absolutely disgusting and usually i don't have a weak stomach but heck it was that gross i could barely look.

i am very much alive.

So i did decide on permanently closing this blog after the discovery of some unwanted readers but alas, i've decided i really do like blogging after a comment that i left on a friends blog went out of hand and turned out into a mini blog inside a comment box.

So yes i am back and i'll be cleaner with my blog i guess o_O but! if you there are reading my blog i request that you comment! put down some thoughts, let me know about your existence.

Anyways i've also been ridiculously busy with working till midnight every weeknight and also summer school in the day time, this is what happens when you fail a subject by only 4 marks! the horror of it all, i feel its a bit of an injustice but i guess my stupidity isn't a good enough excuse.

Because of all this business, i've also become tired and i feel like an aged woman of some sort, always tired! but today i actually found out the reason for my tiredness is because i don't do anything and it makes my brain mushy, dizzy and ultimately uselessly tired. So i'm going to be more proactive before i end up sitting in a chair and staring out a window for endless hours in a day.

Now really what else has been happening, well i'm sure everyone has heard about the raging bushfires that are eating up Victoria, our dear south east Australia. I really can't believe how much people perished in the fires, it makes me feel great sadness to know that fellow Australians are suffering so hard at this time. Even if you didn't lose your life, in those tight nit communities you would've lost a friend and possibly also your house. So really times are very tough for alot of them as they will all have to rebuild their lives. While theres raging bushfires in Victoria, in Queensland we have floods and torrential rains, which really makes u kinda annoyed at mother nature, thinking how slack of her to be conducting multiple experiments in Australia, ridiculous 45degree heat in one end with massive bushfires destroying entire towns then torrential non-stop rains causing floods on the other end, restricting food supplies to people and also other states. And then here we are in NSW we don't have the flooding and but we have some bushfires it really shocks me.

Last night i was watching the news and what i saw was our Prime minister Kevin Rudd, giving a speech to the people of Australia and not being able to hold back tears and i think that shows how much a part of it he is with the rest of the Australians, feeling the shock and grief and not holding up a straight face, covering it with a fake facade, as if everything was fine. Also the amount of money Australians have donated even during this time of need as many people are finding themselves without jobs and can still find the money to really help people who are left with almost nothing. Times like these really bring out the human side of everyone.

This is some serious backlash from all that complaining i did at this time last year about not having a job! now i'm like overworked!

Soo overworked that i have to tell everyone about ALL THESE WORK DREAMS I'VE BEEN HAVING!!!

So last night i had a mini nightmare of being at work and every customer asking me "IS THERE A DISCOUNT ON THESE?" and i kept dreaming of signs saying "$8.03" yesh i know very random, maybe its supposed to mean something but i doubt. Then there were ants everywhere and they started attacking me while i was at my register. I think this dream proves that i'm becoming some sort of workaholic! My life is revolving around work and its TERRIBLY SAD!

So anyways i was thinking of doing a video blog but it was epic fail. I found out i was terrible uninteresting on video, i mumble a bit and my mouth looks awfully ridiculous when i talk. Video blogs are hard, you need to have set topics to video blog and frankly i just spit out anything in a blog. So maybe i'll try later. Or let laziness overcome me and not.

Just then trishy asked how do we become interesting because right now we are just as interesting as a carpet, which isn't that fascinating. So i replied, well we do stuff and we don't work so much. Which made me realise OMG once we finish uni and go into full time jobs we will be at the most uninteresting moment of our life. Which is pretty sad because i've lived my life to the fullest of interestingness and for all of it to stop seems lifeless altogether. =(

I am stillll breathing!

Seriously how many of my post have the title "i'm alive" or whatever connotation referring to my aliveness. It really just shows how lazy i get these days and how inactive i become.

Anyways i'm blogging because dearest frobrother asked me why i didn't blog anymore and told me i should blog. So here i am.

Well right now i have no traces of a social life, i've basically just been living at work. Since i'm working everyday, it can feel like i've never left. I wake up and find myself at work .. oh how did i get here ... LOL

I also honestly feel like i am getting dumber by the day, i'm like so slow and my vocab is slowly deteriorating soon i will only be able to use really simple words. Actually i feel like i'm doing that now =.= damn what happened to the annie blogger from year 10 oh thats right she got in trouble for blogging. I'm sure most people would know what i'm talking about hahaha

I need to be really pissed off to write an intelligent blog, like it unlocks some sort of midget working inside my brain and well its the smart midget!

let's think of something funny to recall....

ahahaha funny, the only thing that comes to my head is work situations =.= i told you i have no social life.

OHH! i finally got my P's, yes finally. It took me like 3 years, geez talk about taking your time annie! Anyways i used an instructors car and the brake and the accelerator pedals are very sensitive! which is really weird because its a toyota just like our car so i was really confuzzled when i was speeding almost all the time even though i had barely pushed down on the accelerator. BTW i was speeding like 1 or 2 km, i wasn't like drag racing around the city of blacktown, however i bet that often happens at night anyways, so nothing special.
So yeah when we first started the driving test i pushed down on the brake and i almost flew the instructor out of the damn front window because i was attempting to push down softly but alas that only causes the car to continue moving at a merciful pace. So i had to just fully push down and that made the car go HALT!!! Anyways i think i know why! the car probably didn't have ABS! for shame car, for shame. So yeah the test went relatively smoothly then i forgot that one of my turning lights were on ... omg i'm soo nontechnical with the terms "turning lights", oh yes totally. So yeah it was clicking away but because it was a relatively new car and the aircon was on very high i couldn't hear the clickyness!!!! so i was off in my own happy world thinking all was well then i realised oh shit blinker light is on =.= oh damn ... now lets turn it off in an unsuss way .. *click* .. yeah i'm sure he didn't notice that =.= .

But then i passed and i had this ... feeling of joy and lightness. Seriously i have never been so relieved. OH i just felt so great. LOl

Okay i'm tired and obviously this blog is seriously wtf. LOL

I AM FREEE!!!!

So yesterday i finished my exams!! which means i finished my first year of uni. which means i survived the wretched monster. LOL!!

God i hate uni!

So now i have a godzillion movies and series to go through and im soooo excited just to sit back and enjoy some then maybe do something productive. LOL not sure.

!! AHHH YAYY! ITS SO GREAT!!

However my last exam yesterday wasn't too great. You see they gave us a ton of sample questions and they also gave us questions that were possible questions. Then they hinted alot towards those questions and i have to say this was probably some evil uni lecturers scheme or something because when we got into the exam. The questions were complete opposites to those sample and possible questions meaning all that hardcore study on those damn questions was useless and it was up to our creative minds to make up some masterful bs. And bs i did! So hopefully my bs sounded good enough and they'll give me the marks so i can pass omg!! PASS PLEASE PASS! i don't want to fail anything =.= eww.

So yes prior to exams i was basically living in the uts library. I know i don't go to uts but i still lived there! LOL i bought myself a library associates card ahaha so i can have unlimited swipey access. If you've been to the uts library you'll know what i mean by swipey. But similarly you can still guess. LOL
what am i talking about. no idea.
